FORMULA D LONG BEACH… what a ride

WELL to start off by saying YAY for no JR he didnt even make it to the top 32. that was the highlight of my day. then double wowsers for MATT POWERS running smooth and consistent the whole time nailing his line, lead or chasing, and taking second place his first podium ever and team NFS first podium ever. he even out did the very talented Aasbo, who is on his team as well. on friday there was a few wet clouds that flew over and dropped a little water which made for an interesting site. NO ONE could get any traction or to a good drift. pretty funny to see. but it quickly dried and tires were smoking again. the most packed drift event i have ever been to BY FAR, i guess drifting is going to out rank nascar, its almost the same right everyone has V8’s. just kidding nascar sucks and drifting will never be like nascar.
this event was definitely one for the under dogs. both rookies from last year matt field and walker wilkerson making it to the top 32, kyle mohan was KILLING IT, JTP even took first. it seems as if there is a new wave of talent coming in. and the old veterans might actually have some competition. and hopefully we wont always see the same top 3 anymore, which adds for much excitement.

well enough rambling on to the pictures, cause lets face it thats the only reason you’re here…
