Well while i was in California getting wheels and tires and some other stuff for the 240sx, I also picked up a few things for the civic. I used to think my civic was HOT shit, but once i got my RB25 swapped 240 going i quickly realized how slow my civic was. i joke about it now saying “im so embarrassed that i used to think my civic was fast” or ” i dont even know why i fixed up civics they are sooo slooow”. but there is one thing my 240sx will never be able to do, and that is out handle my civic. so just to solidify the civic greatness in handling, while i was in California i stopped in at JHP and picked up some 15×8 +35 Enkei PF01 wheels, and got some Federal RSR tires to wrap around them. Now i have always been an AZENIS guy and thought that the federal RSR tires would not even come close. but after to talking to some people i decided to try them out plus the price was good too, so i figured how could i go wrong. well my first impression of the tires was WOW. I can not believe how much better they handle then the AZENIS, its a day and night difference im now the biggest fan of the Federal RSR tires. also while i was down there i picked up an APEXI NOIR exhaust to help my fly under the radar since the civic is like a daily for me. and then i finally decided to man up and cut my bumper, this is a great modification that people are doing lately to really help reduce the air drag during high speed track racing. i cant wait to get out to Buttonwillow and see how much better it is. it is the same principal as cutting speed holes in your bumper except it hasn’t been ruined by lower class people trying to make there cars look cool.
